Each Madman Cotton Candy Cake is 9" in diameter and typically serves about 8–12 people, depending on how big you slice it and how sweet-toothed your crowd is.

Ordering is currently open for local delivery in Northwest Indiana only. If you’re not sure whether your location qualifies, reach out and we’ll let you know.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery. Each cake is spun to order in small batches, and delivery slots can fill up quickly—especially around weekends and holidays. If you already know your event date, it’s smart to reserve your cake now.

For best taste and texture, enjoy your cake on the day of delivery or within 1–2 days if stored properly. They definately are good longer than that. How long is SUGAR good for? :-). Keep in mind, though, that cotton candy is sensitive to moisture and will slowly begin to shrink or firm up over time—so the sooner you enjoy it, the better.

Use a sharp knife and slice it into wedges like a regular cake. Lift slices with a spatula or cake server. Serve on plates or napkins. The texture is light and melt-in-your-mouth, so you don’t get the same crumb mess as traditional cake. Some people like to eat each layer alone for those single yummy flavors.
